Main client was KLA-Tencor, designed and produced eLearning projects which included learning interactions, navigation, SCORM compliant code, and testing. Worked closely with department leaders to customize training to specific needs. Helped with technical writing, developing graphics. Mortgage Housing Counselor, Navicore Solutions 2014-2015 Resourceful in helping find solutions to homeowner’s mortgage issues and concerns. Helped each homeowner develop a written plan of action to try and resolve their issues and concerns. Developed proficiency in understanding real estate loans and mortgage programs to be able to effectively help each homeowner. Used Microsoft office to keep records, stay organized. This was essentially change management - helping homeowners develop strategies to deal with their mortgage issues.

Research and Copyright Image Acquisition, Groberg Films 2008-2011 Independently sought out partnerships with various image archives nationally and internationally archives which eventually provided images for Groberg Films. Despite limited budgets was able to creatively meet all the needs of each film. Each film eventually was debuted on PBS. Helped develop internal systems that organized projects and made them more efficient
