SR. SAP SCM/APO ANALYST (07/2013 to10/ 2015)

Responsible for providing leading support to the Remington Arms Demand Planning strategy for the Fire Arms and Ammunition business within the SAP APO platform. Support the SAP Global Available to Promise Solution for Order Management which includes Back Order Processing (Rescheduling) functionality for the Order to Cash division. Lead new enhancements to current demand planning design and Implement Best practices for GATP, BOP and Demand Planning while looking out for new SAP SCM modules to be considered for deployment. Provide support to the Core Interface (CIF) which connects ECC 6 with APO 7.02 as well as analyzing business requirements and translate them to technical solutions for SAP SCM.

SAP APO GATP Redesign

Led the redesign and implementation of a new set of CVCs to consolidate the high level of data for ease of Allocation management and by doing so we reduce the number of CVCs from 50,000 down to 13,000. Configured backwards and forwards consumption in order to provide confirmations outside of a 30 days horizon and confirm against planned production orders in future months. Designed, developed and delivered a report that would show the orders deliveries that were generated against allocated SKUs in order to track any partials and old confirmations pop in up in current periods.

SAP APO Accessories Demand Planning Implementation

Led the design and implementation of a new Planning book for the Accessories Business which replaces flat files to SAP BW connectivity and Delta Extraction. Create new BW Data Sore Objects, Cubes to store the new data based on sold-to Consolidation and create new planning areas and planning books according to REM Design.

SAP Demand Planning Redesign

Led the design and implementation of the APO BW layer redesign for Fire Arm, Ammo and Accessory business. Created new Data Store objects in APO BW to store requirements of Net Booked Orders, History orders, and Shipments in order to calculate the actual Net orders in order to load to the planning book for forecasting unconstraint Demand. Enable Delta data extraction from BW to APO BW new Acquisition Layer which would contain 36 fiscal periods of history, orders, and shipments cancellations and establish the same Sold-to consolidation and Aggregation to reduce the number of CVCs across the 3 business units from 160,000 to 30,000.

SAP WM Implementation

Assisted on the configuration and implementation of WM at our warehouse facility in Kennesaw by taking part on driving the End user testing of the WM functionality and RF devices. Drove the implementation of an interface between ECC and UPS tool for Shipment tracking and order update.
