Present Project :- 3 x 660 MW Koradi TPS (extension) by Maharashtra State Generation Power Company(MAHAGENCO),Nagpur.

Spearheading various functions like project management, scoping, scheduling, planning and end to end implementation of 3X 660MW boiler.

Executing variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarising progress of the project.

Reducing the exposure, risk on project and enforcing company’s methodology and project standards.

Preparing of method statements for erection of heavy lifts in boilers.

Project:- 5 x 660 MW Thermal Power Project by M/s Adani Power Limited-Mundra(Kutch)

Erection in-charge for pressure parts, ducts, structure, pulverised fuel line and critical piping of super-critical boiler.

Made and performed the erection schedule and sequence of erection.

Pre-assembly & pre-erection checks as per field quality plan.

Witnessing of NDE and pre and post weld heat treatment as per specification and welding schedule.

Coordinating with client & customer for technical clearances and project-material follow-ups.

Assisting in trial runs and pre-commissioning and commissioning of individual systems in boiler.

Completion of facilities/systems and attending punch points.
