Rémy Martin: Developed and produced editorial brand publishing platform and editorial model, social media strategy, oversaw and hired CRM consultants for brand communications and conceived idea and need for brand to re-take US users from Facebook before the platform began to charge for customer “fan” reach. I expanded program into the Caribbean as phase 2. The program integrated with live event on premise consumer data collection.

Aaron’s Inc.: oversaw and managed programmatic video media buy which out performed general market with 5% click thru rate in 5 Hispanic markets and 10x amount of video complete views and most importantly refocused user registration ecommerce model.

Oversaw digital implementation and managed vendors for the launch of Powerful Yogurt the first yogurt for men to help them find their inner abs. Including: social media viral video program of which enjoyed 1.5M in earned media. Developed an event marketing abs scanner. The campaign was based on insight 40% of yogurt consumers are men.

TD Bank, Optimum Online and Oscar Healthcare Insurance: Oversaw targeted Hispanic media planning, branded creative and digital production display campaigns including a paid viral video network campaign for Oscar. Utilized various South American based media resources to create Agency profit margins and managed production teams “virtually”.

The evergreen videos were designed to attract and inspire the next generation of young creative hires who are considering O&M when they seek out the company on social.
