Led project with our OFAC vendor to improve functionality of the system. Improved processes through a weekly maintenance program and brought down our false positive hits from over 4000 in July 2013 to around 35 by March 2014.

Managed all FX Give-Up/Done-With trades. Started with 500 trades monthly, which grew to nearly 500 trades daily. Worked closely with developer of database system to create mechanism to automatically give up 85% of all trades. Allowed for a one-person operation in all centers.

Created and initiated new broker confirmation process, resulting in quicker and more thorough confirmations and reducing annual costs from $80k to 0.

Formed system to coordinate allocation of trades by team, which eliminated duplication of efforts and missed allocations, and reduced allocation time by 75%.

Oversaw firm-wide training and development of each FX operations group related to trade support functions.
