Work Experience:

From March 2014 - July 2015:

Organization : Permasteelisa Group, Qatar.

Designation : Senior Engineer-MEP

Responsibilities:

Oversee the MEP construction activities on CP-133 Package (Airport lounges) in New Doha International Airport. Act as a client representative with consultant/end users for ensuring compliance to specifications and other project requirements.

Monitor the daily site operations, prepare and maintain update status reports for timely submission to clients.

Routine co-ordination with the project management team includes planning, official communications, technical submittals, Billing & change orders.

Manage the sub-contractors in every aspects are timely availability, continuous submission of progress reports, engineering documentations and client inspections.

Implement testing & commissioning programs and review T&C schedules/proposals from suppliers in order to initiate the process and setups QC procedures.

Regularly attend progress review meetings with clients and close various subjects by corrective actions.

Provide the necessary inputs to other team members for raise RFI during discrepancy occurs from contract design/shop drawings.

Assist and escalate respective teams to close out snags list and get signed off by client.

Design technically complex HVAC control systems as defined by the contract documents.

Lead the team for prepares engineering documentation, bill of material, sequence of operations, network layouts and other system schematics as required.

Assist the clients from initial design phase to till completion and maintains good work relationship.

Support to PM for control projects effectively in terms of planning, financial control and general reporting (internal / external).

Select field components, ordering and tracks the delivery of materials for projects.

Keeps management informed of job progress and issues.

Liaison between customers and third party vendors for successful completion of project.

Manage overall activities at site in terms of correspondences, materials, on-site installations and signed off.

Interaction and co-ordination with site supervisors, technicians and subcontractors also other service staffs throughout completion of project.

Provide a system demonstration to end users and owner/client representatives.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to deliver the system operational HMI database to Europe & North America branches.

Prepare the Human Machine Interface(HMI) for various application platforms.

Responsible for estimate the hours and submits the price to customers for approval.

Downloading and testing of all linking on graphics for ensure error free deliverables to branches.

Enhance the standard library according to customer requirement as well as region wise.
