• Working to the standards of JCIA, HAAD of UAE to ensure the patient safety and to improve the quality of output with the medical equipment’s.

• All calls related to biomedical operations and workflow is being monitored by the Computerized Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software by Auberon, Singapore.

• Archiving the complete records for all the service requests and closing the calls in CAFM upon successful completion of the work order.

• Planning out the scheduled PPM’s every month to ensure the proper working of medical equipment’s with proper calibrated Test Equipment.

• Planning the scheduled User training of medical equipment by monthly.

• Asset Registration of newly installed medical equipment with complete details of LPO, Installation service report, Electrical safety test report, Manufacturer’s calibration certificate and QA report for radiology equipment’s and ensuring the proper working and handing over to the concerned end user of the department.

• Spares management – Spare parts Inventory monitoring and procuring as per the requirement.
