Eclipse Manufacturing – Relocating a stamping facility from TN to WI.
Program Manager for moving over 80 part numbers, several presses that included the PPAP for moving these parts from Pikeville, TN to Sheboygan, WI.
Brown Corporation – Quality Specialist - stamping and assembly. Worked to improve their quality systems at their stamping facility.
Chrysler LLC – Quality Specialist - plastic injection molding – Quality Specialist - stamping & assembly. Worked with Chrysler suppliers to improve their supplier ratings and make improvements on their Quality Systems.
G & B Technologies – Launch management - stamping, roll form and assembly. Worked on improving their Quality Operating System. Launched 1 roll form reinforcement and several smaller parts. Lead for setting up 1 piece flow for the welding assembly, including process flow that included 5S for this area.

MAZDA 1987-1994
Left Pontiac Motors for promotion as shift area manager at Mazda in Flatrock, MI. After 2 years was promoted to staff area manager, which included all engineers for stamping, budgets, etc. After 2 years was promoted Manager for Assembly Staff. After 1 year went back to Stamping as Department Manager.
PONTIAC MOTORS 1964-1987
Hired in stamping facility as press operator. Worked as press operator, welder operator, high-lo driver & crane operator.
Navy 11/65-11/69
Returned to Pontiac Motors and started college. After completing associates degree was promoted to supervisor. After finishing my bachelors degree was promoted to manufacturing engineer. After 3 years was promoted to Senior Reliability Engineer. After 3 years moved to the floor as General Foreman for 2nd shift. (11 supervisors & 200 hourly)
My background is nearly 100% stamping. Experience with transfer presses, OBIs, progressive tools, etc. Also, with weld assembly operations.
