Key Responsibilities
Receiving and checking the goods from all suppliers
Preparation & distribution of goods to all company SPA as per their request and other allocation from the warehouse.
Permanent space arrangements for each product groups and maintain the same.
Arranging the collaterals by brand, by branch and keeping track of the same.
Responsible for inspecting stores in other units on monthly basis and reporting management.
Check & receive all the returns from company units, keep the good ones and destroy the use ones & damaged with confirmation from Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the targets.
Checking and following up with different store departments, maintaining daily correspondence and follow ups with suppliers and buyers as well as production departments for smooth process efficiency.
Stock maintenance to meet the demand supply.
Reporting the feedback of the stock and maintain the stock position.
Preparing stock statements for management and bank & inspecting all project stores on weekly basis.
