Highlights of Qualifications

Identified and developed a new plan to deliver product to customers significantly faster while drastically reducing man-hours. The previous process was causing delays and costing the company in over-time and down-time. Designed a new scheduling and loading plan for Chevron truck operators.

Eliminated down time for the company truck operators, saving the company $300K+ per month

Reduced load times from 2.3 hrs to 1.5 hrs per truck

Clients had product delivered quicker thus increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction

Management of Change

Wrote and created the international Contractor Safety Process for Chevron Lubricants and wrote the SOP to follow.

Wrote and developed ALL SOP’S for the new Plant (TRC – Fort Worth)

Oversaw build up of product inventory to meet customer demand during a plant shut down and consolidation. Ensured customer communication throughout the transition so that the customers knew they would not loose product delivery. Reorganized and consolidated manufacturing process. During this shutdown project it was also very important that I communicated with contract plants when we needed to use them since there was not any production of grease being done in either plant.

All grease products for Chevron were produced in one North American plant that met environmental standards.

Customers were taken care of during the 2 year transition period.

Secured, and partnered with a single source carrier to transport products for Chevron, North America through a bid and interview process. Reviewed performance history and determined what company was the best fit for our facility.

Eliminated inconsistencies, reduced man-hours, and improved the efficiency of operations

The contracted company was able to handle all the loads at 100% at the time they were needed

Led the installation of a new process control system that would streamline production and inventory accountability. Because of my extensive knowledge of the plant, I worked very closely with the engineers to develop testing systems and procedures for all departments. Created and performed factory acceptance testing before the system could be installed. Created training programs and wrote training manuals for each department.

Improved efficiency and accountability in the manufacturing process

Managed and oversaw the closing of an old Lubricants Plant

Managed inventory build up

oFilling up warehouses in North America and Canada – Over 150+ trailers of product in all containers

oManaged day to day orders which consisted of 10 trailer loads daily

oManaged closing the plant by creating sales of the base oils and additives left in the tanks

oOversaw the process of cleaning tanks for removal

oProject was completed on time with zero injuries in 8 months

Assisted in developing the International Contractor Safety Process for Chevron Lubricants.
