HMMA/KMMG SUPPLIER

• Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Procurement (Q/A, S/Q)

- ISIR/Running Change/4M Change process on current and new vehicle models.

- Attend New Vehicle event during launching at OEM. (Development and Quality Meeting)

- Managed customer PPM, CS10000, and IQS. (Reduced 50% customer PPM on Year 2013 until present)

- Root Cause and analysis on customer OEM line side issues. (KMMG, HMMA, MOBIS)

- Verbal communication with customer on OEM issues. (Perform a counter measure presentation at OEM site)

- Perform an Audit to SJA's local and overseas suppliers.

• Quality Management (Q/M)

- Modify & Generate current or new quality documents based on quality improvement plan.

- Plan and perform an education & training for all of inspectors, team leaders, and supervisors weekly.

- Managed Customer Field Claim. (Organize & Analyze claim data with flow chart and investigate root cause and set up an improvement plan. Divide customer field claim data by sub-suppliers and claim to each suppliers monthly)

• Quality Control (Q/C)

- Internal PPM management. (Organize & analyze all NCP record with root-cause investigation and set up an improvement plan)

- Managed internal 4M change.

- Non-conforming parts scrap report management.

- I-topic management. (Weight control, Inspection Standard, Inspection C/S)

- Managed inspection process flow using SPC. (Statistical Process Control) Korean Language Teacher
