Developed, managed and oversee close caption and subtitles department. Supervise editor productivity and post-production efforts leading to generation of over $1M in gross revenue.

Implemented post production procedures to utilize industrial, Tapematic 2Print equipment in duplication and printing department generating an annual volume of over 2M discs.
