Description: Burger King is one of the top 10 leading Fast Food Restaurants with Headquarters located in Miami, Florida.

POS Re-engineering: The System that Burger King was using was an old system and was limited to many things. The Goal of this project was to Re-Engineer the system by making it User friendly, enhancing the kiosk/Point of sale (POS) system and faster transactions with an enhanced GUI. This new computerized system allows business owners to track sales, cash flow, food inventory and can help simplify their bookkeeping enormously. Burger King also wanted to simplify the communication between the Kitchen and wait staff. The new system works as a time clock, therefore it also helps to prepare payroll which benefited the bookkeeping department directly to save time.

Burger King Mobile App: The goal of the project was to re-engineer the burger king mobile app and to enhance the point of sale (POS) system to make it more user friendly. This app would enable the user to browse menu. Place order as well as pay for the order along with an ability to search locations.

Responsibilities:

Worked with the PM to decide upon the best methodology for the project and the best approach for requirement gathering.

Project: Solbright Replacement: The Viacom Media Networks US Digital Ad Sales and Operations team replaced its contract management and billing system Solbright’s AdSuite. The contract management and billing system that supported over $220 million in revenue annually and pushed over 41 billion of booked impressions to both DFP (DART for Publishers) and Freewheel for delivery of ads.

The Solbright Replacement project was to implement a comprehensive Digital Ad Sales contract management solution to manage pipeline, proposals, inventory, contracts, trafficking, billing, and reporting that integrated tightly with multiple ad servers (display, mobile and video), the financial system and data warehouse. The replaced system was flexible enough to accommodate client needs such as ingesting and billing on third party data and using agency defined proposal templates. The system replaced current manual procedures, improving data integrity and streamlining processes, all while preserving a quality product that met the VMN clients’ expectations

Helped Project Manager in creating Project Schedule by predicting LOE (level of effort) to develop requirements document.
