Summary of Qualifications

Military – I am qualified I the maintenance and operation of most wheel and track vehicles now in the Army inventory. I am familiar with problems associated with these types of vehicles used in desert or tropical climates. I have performed as senior mechanic, shop foreman, motor sergeant, and vehicle safety inspector. TAMMS (The Army Maintenance Management System), recovery NCOIC, and heavy equipment operator.

Civilian – I am qualified in the operation and maintenance of several pieces of large equipment (John Deere, Industrial, Caterpillar, American, Manitowoc, Bucyrius, Eri, P&H, Fiat 20 series dozers). My duties are to trouble shoot, diagnose and repair as per equipment problem (hydraulic, electrical or powertrain).

Responsible for overseeing all mechanics in main shop and providing technical support to other mechanics at satellite landfills in this area. Also, responsible for performing periodic inspections on equipment on all landfills and ensuring shops are in compliance with safety regulations. Additional duties included arranging all equipment moves, keeping regional manager informed of equipment status, contact vendors, order parts, setting up dealer service, tracking of all services, determine equipment condition, read oil sample reports and recommend appropriate action to be taken from information retrieved.
