1.Maybank2u.com Terra Alta (Dimension Data )

Implement Terra Alta in POC environment and test the performance improvement parameters, such as AWD, Adaptive Image Compression, Front End Optimizations and Advance Caching techniques. The project has completed the staging the results has improved additional 30% performance gain, pending towards production environment upon change management approval.

2.Maybank Nexus5K NxOS Upgrade (Dimension Data )

Maybank comprises of Cisco Nexus 7K and 5K empowering the Cisco UCS computing infrastructure, however the current NxOS has a known bug which prevents additional vlans to be added in the Nexus Core, this has cause numerous projects are on hold. The plan to upgrade to the newer stable version has been communicated to the business entities and pending to upgrade.

3.DHL DC Dual Homing Project Prague – Cyberjaya Malaysia .(Akamai / Cisco - 2014 )

This is a global project to ensure Application data is mirrored across Datacentres using OTV, empowered by Akamai to fix the middle mile issues. Involves Presales,Whiteboarding,RFP and POC towards Post sales and implementation with Cisco System Engineers. Manage to save resources about 60% and Performance gain of 74% on Application performance.

4.DVM Technology Cloud VMDC Project.(Akamai / CloudFx – End 2013 )

Design and Technical consultancy for DVM VMDC Solutions with CloudFx intergration of Cisco UCS / Vmware / BMC Ciac / Akamai for the Private and Public Cloud offerings, this includes Business Consultancy, ROI Financial, Service Catalog, Provisioning, SLA and Support Use Cases . DCS solutions with green initiatives to ensure compliance without degrading performance and scalability.

5.Parliament of Malaysia –Anti-DDOS Solutions Design. (Akamai / Compuware-2013)

Prepare the RFP requirements for Parliament of Malaysia ADS Solutions due to DDOS attacks on April 2012,this is an urgent requirement due to election and there is branding/imaging concerns. Proposed appliance based + Akamai DDOS for dual layer protection against DDOS, Scope of work involved in presales consultancy, design, sizing and POC.

6.Maybank2U.com and Mobile Web Accelerations - Anti-DDOS and DC Refresh (Akamai and Cisco Systems) - 2013

This project to implement Maybank2u on Akamai Web Performance suite and Anti DDOs security rules set to improve user experience and offload infrastructure resources. This enables Maybank to introduce better services and better revenue, also improve branding in the market. Refresh the Cisco 4506E towards Nexus 5K to support fabric patch and FCOE Intergrations.

7.AirAsia.com Booking Engine and Website – WAF Kona. (Akamai) -2013

Airasia website encounters peak performance during flash crowd and promotions. This requires web accelerations solutions, TCP/IP layer accelerations and Session offload from the web infrastructure .

8.Petronas Website and Vendors Portal. (Akamai) - 2013

This web site handles vendors deals registration and also Petronas corporate website, Anti DDOS and web accelerations solutions was proposed with HIPAA regulations complied.This has improved the performance about 76% and offload 54% of the infrastructure resources.

Project Design and Implementation in IPVPN Projects Regional Based:-

1.Maybank Nationwide branches network upgrade.(CSC)

Upgrade of the nationwide branches to implement NetCM configuration backup and new IOS to support bandwidth monitoring. Preparation of solution script, resource management and scheduling of project and implementation.Manage the resources,vendor,timeline,scheduling and configuration/change management. Team size 30-35 Headcounts.

2.Maybank Core DWDM network upgrade.(CSC)

Upgrade the 1Gb Trunk to 10G core infrastructure between 4 nodes in Klang Valley for Maybank core network trunk. Using Nortel Passport 8010 and Cisco 6513 as backend switching,Hardware testing, Project planning,Testing and Solution rollout.Team size 8-10 Headcounts .

3.Scheduled Disaster Recovery activity project .(CSC)

Maybank disaster recovery procedure and process setup, scheduled disaster to compliance with Bank Negara and Malaysian banking acts.Audit of network leakages, access-list, hardening of security and firewall rules cleanup .Coordinate with other LOS to audit and evaluate the current infrastructure and propose to compliance.(Entire Team Effort/ 50

4.eTiQa Integration Project MNI and Takaful National Project.(CSC)

Propose and implement the eTiQa combination of Takaful National and MNI IPVPN to integrate the insurance applications and services. Integrate the infrastructure as part of the merger where using VRF to uniquely inject the traffic to the MBB Network where there where challenges of different platform .Technical Management / 20 Headcounts.

5.KEMAS ICT Lab Project(TwinWin)

Personally was in charge for the electrical, computer hardware and software,networks and telecommunication requirements and specification. The core area was designing and implementation of the project . The design was client server architecture with non dedicated network infrastructure. Cat 5E cabling with under floor conducting and 3-Phase electrical infrastructure.End to end provisioning / 10 Headcounts.

6.Proton Edar S/B IPVPN-SAP Integration.(TimedotCom)

This IPVPN project is hub and spoke technology using Cisco on customer edge and Juniper on provider edge,using MPLS networks and BGP back haul to the backbone networks. Backup solution using ISDN with IPSEC was implemented.This project is the requirements for SAP system deployment.

7.Bank Muamalat IPVPN L3VPN(TimedotCom)

This project conceptual design and proof of concept done (testing) to simulate the project, to migrate the entire Coins network to MPLS Infrastructure for better Qos and uptime. Configurations and network design was proposed using Cisco 3750ME.( 5 Headcounts )

8.Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) L2VPN. (TimedotCom)

Implementation of customer routers and provider routers migration BGP and MPLS network with SSL security using the new Metro-Ethernet solution. Design and proposal of the project using 3 Layer Backdoor design for highly secured infrastructure. Managing of engineers, vendors and consultants, headcounts approx 50 )
