Description: State Bank Computer Centre (SBCC) provides support for kiosk and Core Banking Solution. CBS is a networking of branches, which enables customers to operate their accounts, and avail banking services from any branch of the Bank on CBS network, regardless of where he maintains his account. SBI Kiosk transactions are bio-metrically secured; printed acknowledgment for each transaction is issued to the customer and has end-to-end process of account opening & transanctions online.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Provided linux support to Developers & DBA.

Installation and configuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux & Centos through LVM and Raid.

Remote backup of linux server using rsync utility.

Performing file system administration - creation, deletion, permissions.

Installing packages on Linux servers using YUM and RPM utilities.

Performing mount and umount operations on file systems.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Linux servers.

Monitor and provide administrative support for production servers on 24*7 basis.

Interacting directly with client understanding issues for production server and helping to find out root cause by analyzing faults and server logs and provide them solutions.
