Export Product Management System (EPMS) - This system is developed to cater to the needs of the Trade Service Department of Citibank for its export credit product. Export credit is a financial service, which is provided to exporters at a concessional rate of interest, regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, to boost the country’s exports, which in turn would increase the foreign currency inflow in India. This application also includes various reporting modules for the customer, Internal reports, Regulatory reports for RBI defined format.
Trade Bill Management System (TBMS) - TBMS is a financial service provided to GF customers by trade services departments of Citibank. Citibank discounts Bills drawn between the Buyer and Seller of goods and services. By discounting a Bill, the Bank is able to offer short term funds to its Customers.
Both the EPMS and TBMS systems have the facility of the EOD (End OF Day) & BOD (Beginning Of Day) automated processes to take care of the part of the activities to be performed during the day.
Channel Finance Management System (CFMS) - This is a financial service provided to Emerging Local corporates by trade services departments of Citibank. The Top Tier Local Corporate has many dealers to whom they sell goods. These dealers may want credit. Hence TTLC draws a bill of exchange for the amount due from the dealers and presents it to the bank, for discounting. The money is immediately rendered to the TTLC, yet the dealer receives the credit. At maturity the dealer repays to the bank. The bills discounted by the bank at various locations are entered at a central location.
Supplier Finance Management System (SFMS) - Supplier Finance is a financial service provided to Emerging Local corporates by trade services of Citibank. The sales contract signed between the Supplier and Buyer and loan is given as per the Purchase Order. Physical handling of Securities at various stages.

Have taken training regarding FATS(Fully Automated Transfer system) which is useful for transferring files/any major /minor enhancements/bug fixes to the UAT environment for testing prior the files are being transferred to Production environment as a permanent fix.
Received quite a few congratulatory mails for providing effective and timely resolutions for any enhancement / bug fix issues to users.
