Duties:
Maintaining, developing and deploying National Insurance software mostly written in COBOL. Programming done on an AS400 system. Also responsible for maintaining weekly backups of the AS400 system.
Duties:
Responsibilities include technical maintenance of all personal computers, maintenance, design, analysis and deployment of insurance software written in house.
Projects:
Development of the Agent Resource System which computed the premiums of each insurance plans and also performed policy projections. Insurance agents were also able to use this software to demonstrate to their clients various insurance policies on site.
