• Project Lead for Honeywell Experion Migration and Interoperability (M&I), Experion backup & Recovery (EBR) and Experion Support & Maintenance (ESM) teams (10 members).

• Responsible for the complete lifecycle of Plant Automation package (DCS) from estimation, generating requirements to awarding of contract, smooth interfacing of the different instrumentation contractors with the DCS, Erection, Commissioning and Acceptance test.

• Involved in contract finalization from Tender approval, Offer comparison, technical recommendation and instrumentation contract approval for the EPC project.

• Worked with the Engineering Consultant – UHDE India Ltd. – to finalize the instrumentation philosophy, specifications and scope of Instrumentation work.

• Verified and approved the various schematics submitted by the contractors.

• Planning and tracking the progress of the Instrumentation work of the different contractors

• Part of the team responsible for startup, stabilization & ramping up the production of the Hydro Zinc Smelter to its full capacity.
