Erection & Commissioning

Performing installation & commissioning of the equipment and conducting tests, inspections for finding operational effectiveness of place & utilities.

Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates of the plant.

33/11 KV sub-station & 11/0.433 KV sub-station erection job.

33 KV transmission line from Baradarha to chandrapur up to 30KM.

Plant over all earthing.

Operations &Maintenance

Presently I am responsible for OPERATION & MAINTANANCE in 400KV SWITCHYARD.

Maintenance of 6.6 KV & 0.415 KV Switchboards, transformers & Protection system.

Planning & effecting predictive maintenance scheduling for various equipment / lines to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability.

Implementing maintenance schedules & carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various tools and maintaining requisite documents for the same.

Successfully synchronized and full load trial run of 600MW Generator of DB Power Unit-1and Unit-2 with Western Grid.

Maintenance of Batteries with charger systems.

Highlight:

Evaluated as outstanding performer in Annual Appraisal Process for completion of Compensation Revision Process in year 2012 – 13.
