Subject matter expert accountable for directing a team of 7 to 20 contractors to support all aspects of maintenance operations, including over 10 acres of buildings, with emphasis on safety, forging presses, upsetters, 450 ton parts formers, heat treat and forging furnaces, induction heating, CNC machines, five ton cranes, 300 hp compressors, 20,000 lb. lift truck, electrical, plumbing, building renovations, and spare parts maintenance purchasing.

Devised and led all aspects of reconstruction for a new 28,000 square foot heat treat / forging building within the target deadline.

* Learned the forging production and operation business from ground up as a torch cutter, forger, inspector and ultimately promoted to Maintenance and Fork Arm Manager.

* Redesigned the line that reduced the need for a 2nd shift operation to support the production of over 20,000 fork arms each month.

* Filled in for virtually every forging production role across divisions as needed.

* Lead all aspects of inspection that included dimensional and MAG particle testing.
