Module Develop

Application Manager

Develop the Application Manager Module in which a person can assign the work to its subordinate or subordinate can request to top management related to any problem by entering the estimated time. Through this system we can know that what every body is doing at the moment and what time it will take to complete the task. In this person can input its daily remarks about its work ad time that what he has done today so that management could be inform.

Leave Module

I have developed the workflow of Leave Module. In this module employee can apply for leave to his/her supervisor, as he submit its leave an email will be generated to respective supervisor about the leave. So that supervisor will know that an employee wants to take leave. Supervisor has the rights to forward, approve and reject the leave. Supervisor can forward leave to his/her supervisor, and email will be generated to applicant and the supervisor to whom mail is forwarded. This process can go up to nth level. If supervisor approve leave then email will be sent to employee. In case of reject the email will sent to all persons who involve in this flow. If supervisor approve more then four days leave, then email will be sent to Head Of Department (HOD).

For the purpose of email, I also develop that user can define its own email template.
