I was in charge of the creation of the Windows 7 image for the field workstations, policies via Active Directory Group Policy and login/start up scripts. I was responsible for ensuring that all of our current applications work on this operation system. I was required to greatly restrict the access to the workstations to meet our HIPPA Security policies and prevention of EPHI from being saved to the workstation. Over 8400 workstations will be updated as well as 1100 servers to bring the environment up to at least Windows 7 and Server 2008.
