Manage E-Commerce testing application and initiated test process improvements. Manage a staff 7 direct reports and 5 consultants. Schedule daily priorities and monitor QA team progress. Manage the complete life cycles and work very closely with the business and project managers to plan future projects and releases. Also work very closely with the vendor to improve their process to insure faster and accurate delivery of code.
Accomplishments:
Implemented and grew QA team from 1 QA analyst to 12 QA analysts in-house and off shore with the possibility for more growth.
Developed and implemented automation framework. Automated 100% of smoke test and regression test suite
Created milestones and goals for each member of the QA team to track their progress which tie in to periodic reviews and feedback. Oversaw work plans for the group and tracked overall progression of the tasks/projects and provided feedback to the QA group and cross functional teams.
Managed the re-platform of the Checks website application. Over 2600 test scenarios created and over 4000 defects logged. With new website we helped increase sales over 30% after the first quarter the site was up in production.
Lead the implementation of the all mobile websites in company. Create and managed project from beginning to end. Lead the creation of test strategy and test plan, created test scheduled and the evaluation of what test devices and browsers the plan included based on data from the business as to what devices and browsers our customers are utilizing the most.

Coordinate UAT test effort to involve the business in earlier testing in the life cycle. The project was running 3 weeks behind and I coordinate a control test with that the business executed in our QA environment which helped us find critical defects earlier in testing.
Over 1300 test scenarios were executed for this project, we logged over 2000 defects and I helped prioritize and escalate any critical defects.
