I volunteered in Jamaica for three weeks with other entrepreneurs from York University, University of Toronto, George Brown and Centennial College. As a mentor for the Engaging Girls program and Literacy Circle, my duties include addressing the challenges that female adolescents might feel within their community.

As a member of the Leading to Read Group at the Albion Library my duties included working with a youth to ensure to maximize their skills and abilities. I helped with homework to increase reading levels of my students, and engaged youths with a board game to top off the hour once a week.
