Responsibilities:
Perform several duties as instructed by the computer teachers and assist them in performing their work efficiently.
Responsible to maintain the computer lab and its equipments efficiently.
Check the work efficiency of the computer hardware components like disk drives, monitors, keyboards, CPU etc.
Keep track of the students entering and leaving the computer lab. Supervise their activities while working on the computers.
Prepare the list of items required to ensure smooth functioning of computer lab.
Determine the rules and regulations on behavior code of conduct while in the laboratory and on using the equipments safely.
Prepare graphics, diagrams and presentations using the various software and applications in aid of the teaching staff.
Provide guidance to the students on using the various software, tools and applications efficiently.
Support the teaching staff in preparing teaching modules for student's reference.
Supervise the periodic inspections and maintenance checks of lab equipments.
