Our client is OPTUS, which is an Australian Telecom Industry in Australia. They deal with mainly 4 products (viz; Mobile Phone, Home Phone, Broadband and DTV).

My Profile there was of Customer Care Executive (Offline) where I is to look after the installation process, IMEI blocking and unblocking, Clearing the order stuck in the system, doing the Rate plan change for the customers, etc. I use to handle live customer accounts.
