combination of mobile app and server side application that will streamline and help agents
perform this activity within 34 hours time instead of days.

powerful twoway communication Web based application, designed to help Organizations to
communicate more rapidly and effectively. This application can ensure that everyone involved in
the business is fully aware of
critical events at all times. It enables realtime alerts based on specific events and also for
campaign. The customized notification rules, defines when & how a customer needs to be
informed. Each alert is custom designed through rules engine to notify customer(s) when certain
criteria are met. The algorithm monitoring customer account in real time can be used to enroll
specific event(s). When predefined levels or trends are detected, it notifies the respective
