FT4K LPC and HPC BLADED DISK Analysis (Client: Pratt and Whitney, Hartford, USA): The objective of this task is to perform steady stress and pre-stressed modal analyses and generate Campbell and Goodman diagrams based on engine test results for FT4K LPC and HPC Blade and Disk Assemblies.(5 months)
FT4K Rotor stage-3 weight reduction blade Analysis (Client: Pratt and Whitney, Hartford, USA): The objective of this task is to Reduce the weight of FT4K Rotor by using normal hand calculations and the weight got reduced to up to 1000lbs and perform steady stress analyses, Cases Assembly components Modal analysis and check the ultimate strength criteria with Bi-linear material properties. (5 months)
Design various engineering components (Client: Bell Helicopters, Texas) : The objective of this task is to design the standard engineering parts of Helicopters .(3 months)
Ballooning work for Frist article inspection (Client: Pratt and Whitney, Hartford, USA)
Create “Ballooned” drawing which links each engineering feature to the appropriate entry on the FAI form and record the planning numbers, next to each ballooned feature, that incorporates the requirement into the build package. Add instructions/ Remarks for Inspection. (1 month)
