Designed and built a number of highly innovative solutions, to support and track learning for mobile workforces and enterprise clients on their device(s) of choice.

Built a custom platform for distributing and tracking rich multimedia content (e.g. video and interactive) and assessments, supporting all major desktop browsers and mobile devices, from the ground up.

Incorporated an innovative visual dashboard design.

Developed custom re-usable web app templates, for distributing eLearning/mLearning content to individual learners and corporate client groups.

Responsible for the overall instructional design, development, testing and implementation of eLearning / learning technology solutions (both custom courses and off-the shelf libraries). Building of blended curricula. Troubleshooting course and learning management issues at the enterprise level. Saved the bank $100K by taking on the development of several eLearning / marketing projects budgeted for outside vendors.

Saved the bank roughly $400K by fixing eLearning product created by outside vendor (cost proposed by vendor to redevelop in order to resolve communication and course footprint issues avoided).

Developed a sector-wide, global training imperative, well ahead of both budget and schedule that was later featured on SecuritiesIndustry.com website.

Developed and implemented (on average) 20 eLearning courses each year for a global learner base of up to 14,000 staff.

Completed (2 months ahead of schedule) the integration of entire vendor library of courses into the learning management system including troubleshooting communication issues, frequent catalog updates, custom curricula and the migration of several years of employee course history.
