As an experienced project manager, I am proficient with scheduling, subcontracting, labor relations, materials purchasing, and building department and customer relations on a local, regional, and national basis. As a former business owner, I’m experienced with finance, employment law, insurance, information systems, and other legal responsibilities.

Formed two construction companies that had multi-million dollar sales within three years – voted Fastest Growing Construction Firm 2001 by Pittsburgh Business Times.

Managed multiple projects in 35 states - Licensed General Contractor in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Maintained primary customer relationships.

Computers – Updated and maintained company accounting system, automated customer paperwork requirements from estimate/proposal through close-out, maintained company FTP website.
