My name is Rory Chaplin. I have lived in Karratha for most of my life – 20 + years.

I spend considerable time out of hours studying in order to improve my knowledge and understanding of lifting and rigging.

I have been in this line of work for approximately 11 years. I am a natural In Leadership/Supervisor roles. However, I am very versatile making me a valuable team member in contributing to any task at hand. I have an exceptional memory for figures, especially in this line of work. I also have experience with the many procedures, requirements, legislation, permits, checklists, standards, JSAs, JHAs etc. Which are integral to this industry.
