In this position I managed the warranty department for all of Arrow Engine, Arrow Compressor, Arrow Chemical Pump and Arrow Gas Products. Some of my responsibilities include; compiling Excel spread sheets and Power Point presentation reflecting earnings and expenditures for executive level positions (CFO, CEO), supervising, scheduling, failure analysis, tech support, order entry, processing warranty claims, communicating with vendors on product discrepancies, evaluating product return, coordinating with production assembly to implement corrective action, local service calls, TQM (total quality management, ISO), coordinate and execute remanufactured engine sales and participate in six sigma green belt projects.

I started in the assembly department where I assemble single and multi-cylinder Diesel/ natural gas engines and generator packages for industrial use. I transitioned into testing and final detail, this is where I became familiar with all aspects of the production line. I was promoted to lead mechanic one year after I started, some of my responsibilities included, supervising, inspections of final product, engine dynamometer testing, load baking generator sets (5 KW-150 KW), engine failure analysis, special order modifications, engine assembly and ordering supplies for shop.
