STUDENT GRADER PORTLAND STATE UNIVERSITY ; PORTLAND OR SPRING 2015 I graded academic papers for a scholarship skills course through the Computer Sciences department. The course consisted of 15-20 PhD candidates learning scholarly essay writing. I graded essays against a rubric and provided written feedback to the students.

BUSINESS EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST, STATE OF OREGON, PORTLAND OR 2013-2014 I gathered and analyzed information pertinent to disputed eligibility of unemployment benefits. I also received and responded to inquiries from claimants and employers in order to explain the legal requirements and procedures of the Unemployment Insurance (UI) program. I interpreted the state and federal unemployment insurance laws, agency rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines in order to determine claimant eligibility for benefits.
