Emmell’s Septic Landfill Superfund Site – Galloway Twp, NJ GWTP & Force Main Construction, PCB Soils Remediation, and Long Term Remedial Action O&M. Coordinated with local authorities and residents, and assured permit compliance through GWTP and 1.5 mile HDPE Force Main construction. Coordinated daily hydrostatic testing of force main sections and final system test, while minimizing impact to municipal roadway and residents.
