(Sr. Document Controller & Data Management Expert) Dec, 2011 to date. Facilitate the overall control of project documents. Ensure document control policies and procedures are conforming to Quality Assurance Manual. Assure that project quality records on the Project are identified, collated, indexed, filed, maintained and distributed in line with project requirements. See to it that all required documents can be retrieved and reviewed where required during audits & final handover. Perform duties that encompasses typing, editing, provide system report, scrutinize technical documentation, filing, coordinate, plan, organize, maintain documents & data integrity, register all documents, distribute documentation packages, collate & prepare documentation, transmit documents, control electronic database, archiving of document
