IV. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate medication, administration, dressing changes, IVs, inserted Foley catheter, removed surgical

drains, suction oral airways, provided wound care, dressing changes, family/ patient education, and other

aspects of nursing care for patients load (4-5) with minimal assistance.

Administer PO, SQ, IM, IV, Topical, Sublingual, and inhalation medication.

Facilitate admission, discharges and transfers, prepared chart notes, documented care plans, assessment,

interventions, and responses; participated on disciplinary team.

Caring for patients who are suffering from acute and long-term illnesses and diseases.

Treating patients with respect and dignity, and giving attention to individual needs and wishes.
