Past Leadership Experience:

Back Office manager providing client services support to our Global Branch Office Network: Trade Processing, Corrections and Deliveries. (Clearvision, GMI)

Change Management facilitator for back office operations. I realigned the department’s formal job descriptions for a variety of tasks, to better mirror newly created benchmarks for employee development and productivity. With these changes we achieved higher levels of production per employee, greater personal growth within the department, with reductions in both staff turnover and headcount.

Project Manager and Team Leader with respect to our proprietary order management software at Merrill Lynch. As front end users of this software my team was personally involved in the software’s design and testing as well as its ultimately successful rollout.

Managed Brokerage Trading Desks in financial futures and options, commodities, and FX. Delivered superior order execution services to our retail and institutional clients, individual trading groups, FCMs, and CTAs in both electronic platforms and open outcry. (TT, CTS, GL)
