Duties include support an office staff of 50 in Irvine, CA, an office staff of 100 in Indianapolis, IN, and around 500 Nationwide. On a daily basis I would provide onsite and remote support to the end users at Zee Medical. Troubleshoot any hardware or software issues they may have. I would set up new users in WDS and grant them permissions necessary. I would order new laptops and use a custom image to Image them to company specifications. Troubleshoot with Reps any HandHeld issues they may have if they are not able to print or communicate by end of day. Configure Blackberrys for endusers as well as Iphones and Androids. I self taught how to program and keep up to date the AED’s and walk users through on how to communicate with the infra red to update the batteries. I provide excellent customer service to the field, with follow-ups to make sure everything went well for them, as well as a good Team Player. In June of 2015 I was nominated by my peers to attend and Incentive Trip with Top performers to New Orleans. Also received an ACE award that was voted by our Southeast group.

Duties include support an office staff of 4500 in Irvine Ca, office staff of 200 in Naples, Fl, office staff of 150 in Ogden Utah. On a daily basis I would answer the phones to resolve the end users requests. Such requests maybe as simple as a Password Reset, Network or Mainframe lockout. Assisting end users to add network printers, assist to re-map their network drives. If I am not able to resolve the end users request then it is escalated to a higher level Technician.
I also fulfill access requests for the end users to give them permission to network folders using Active Role Server. I also create new network folders and issue appropriate rights to each user. Create domain and global groups with appropriate permissions such as read only or modify rights.
Reserve laptops, air-cards, projectors, cell phones for users who may need them for travel use or while their unit is out for repair.
On an average I would close about 370 tickets per month.

Set up their user accounts in our accounting package, setup their email accounts and put them in their proper email distribution lists in our exchange server using Active Directory. Responsible to set up users on their blackberries using Enterprise Activiation and set them up on Enterprise Server, and troubleshoot if any problems arise with the blackberries. Able to VNC to our field reps when they need assistance ie if their accounts get locked out, or if they have problems installing their local printers. Conducted training when needed to new employees who needed help with Word, Excel as well as Outlook. Created Welcome Booklets for new employees for easy use of the software. In charge of our daily backups.
Responsible for managing phone system, adding new extensions for the office staff, punch down cables into the switch; RF Wands for each of the five warehouses, and configuring them in order for them to operate and be able to scan product out; and for office equipment, copiers, fax machines, etc.

MIS Department: Administer the entire MIS Department. Responsibilities included upgrading the network from a single Dell Tower to 3 HP Servers. Upgraded any workstations using TCP/IP. Installed the latest software for each user. Ensured that each user had training on how to use the e-mail system, training classes were held for the users in order to understand how to properly operate Outlook 98. When purchasing new equipment, modified workstation to give it the proper IP address, proper protocols, making sure that the user is able to connect to the network properly. When errors occurred on MAS90, rebuilt the proper files in order to correct the problems. When coming on board to Liquidmetal Golf, there was no existing NT Administrator - all of knowledge that I have acquired from this position came from reading the proper books in order for the department to operate efficiently.
Human Resource Department: Duties included developing a personnel database via access in order to run reports to see when an employee was due to have health insurance after their 90-day probation. Designed reports in order to reconcile monthly health insurance bills, 401K and Cafeteria 125 Plan. When coming on board, Liquidmetal did not have any structural procedure in this department – I had to organize each employee record via employee folders, ensuring the proper documents were filled out by each employee. Established a check list when a new employee came on board.
