WORK EXPERIENCE

Worked with SHRI LAL MAHAL LTD. Punjabi Bagh New Delhi as an Export Documentation Executive from July 2014 to September 2015.

Worked with KANIKA EXPORT PVT LTD. GREATER KAILASH NEW DELHI in Export Documentation Department from September 2013 to May 2014.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Export Pre-Post Shipments documents, L/C documents & Follow up.

Preparing Documents for Bank & Custom Clearance.

Coordinate with Shipping Line/CHA for release of Bill of Lading and Airway Bill.

Follow up procedure of Legal documents with Embassy according to requirement of country.

Maintaining All Documents Export Record, Prepare Buyer and Bank Set, Invoice and Packing List and arrange documents as per Buyer Requirement.

Prepare documents of export shipment (Certificate of Origin, Fumigation certificate, NON GMO, GSP, PHYTO, HEALTH and APEDA etc.)

Professional

Two years Software Engineering Diploma from NIIT, Ghaziabad in 2011-13.

Java, .Net

MS office, Tally, Oracle (Accounting Package), FoxPro2, internet, Emailing,

Web technology- HTML, XML

Database – SQL Server 2005, Oracle.

Six Month Diploma in Computer Application from Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saaksharta Mission Dehradun (Uttarakhand).
