Manulife Financial is a Canada-based financial services group with market-leading positions in Asia and North America. The company offers a diverse range of financial protection and wealth management services for businesses and households. The portfolio of products includes life insurance, pensions, mutual funds, annuities, group benefits and long-term care.
DevOps implementation: The solution is designed to help Manulife project teams to rapidly build code and deploy into test environments through a self-service process for their development teams. The project is designed to transform how business unit (BU) application code and application-specific configuration is managed, built and deployed. The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v2 standards are applied for infrastructure management.
Successfully delivered an end-to-end automated build and deployment managed service using IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) software for high quality code management with reduced defects. This enabled development teams to focus on code delivery rather than environment support and reduced developer time required for code builds.

The primary purpose of ABS is to determine the structural and mechanical fitness of ships and other marine structures for their intended purpose. ABS has several applications like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Container Information System (eCIS), and Rules etc. This application has Oracle role-based security and responsible to administer all above applications, such as new user creation, password reset, grant/revoke credentials from a user/application.
