1.Store Supervisor with M/s AWB Krishi Suvidha Pariser Pvt.Ltd

(01 November 2006 to 31 March 2009)

Job Responsibility: The following are major functions under my direct execution:

Receiving all incoming materials with respect to Purchase order quantities.

Proper Stacking.

All incoming materials Entry in Materials Receipt Register (MRR)/ Inward Register / Day book Register.

Preparing Materials Receipt and Inspection Report (MRIR)

Offering all incoming materials for quality inspection and getting clearance for the same.

Issuing materials to User’s departments based on the Materials Issue Voucher (MIV).

Materials issue to sub-contractor as per Bill of Materials.

Maintaining the Bin Cards for all Items (Receipt / issue / balance qty.).

Co-ordination with all user departments.

Job Responsibility: the following are major functions executed by me: Handling all the material, Purchase of material as per requirement of Engineering staff, quality check of incoming material, managing and auditing all the stored materials for all water supply projects.

Receiving all incoming materials with respect to Purchase order quantities.

Maintain updated list of pending deliveries as per PO.

Maintaining of all registers and records (Goods Receipt Note (GRN)/ Inward Register / Day book Register (DB).

Offering all incoming materials for quality inspection.

Issuing materials to User’s departments based on the Materials Issue Voucher (MIV).

Materials issue to sub-contractor as per Drawing (Bill of Materials).

Maintaining the Bin Cards for all Items (Receipt / issue / balance qty.).

Records of Excise Invoices (CENVAT) documents and submit to Client for MODVAT.

Perpetual inventory checking for physical qty.

Maintaining of Road Permits Form ST-38.

Preparation of Reconciliation Statements at the end of project and Declaration of surplus materials.

Proper Housekeeping & staging

Co-ordination with all user departments.

Local purches for requirement at site.

Monitoring the subordinator’s functions and Duties.

Vender Management

Collecting local quotation, rate analysis & Preparing purchase & Work order order as per site requirement.
