Slashed interest expense and vendor costs $40-$50k by reducing need for financing on rides, food and games equipment, through creation and presentation of cash flow model to CEO and Members of the Board of Directors.
Reduced data entry time for budget from 7 days to 3 days and decreased overall budget preparation, review and distribution from 8 weeks to 4 weeks, and enhanced efficiency through redesign of spreadsheets and provision of detailed guidelines and timeline for senior management.
Dramatically reduced audit and tax fees from $100k+ to less than $60k per year by transferring functions from CPAs to internal staff for PBC (Prepared by Client) list and tax support documentation.
Successfully upgraded Microsoft Dynamics GP from version 10.0 to GP 2010 for the following modules; G/L, Purchasing (A/P), Payroll, Inventory, Company and System Interface through strategic planning, evaluation and ensuring no lost data during the upgrade.
