AECOM is under contract with the US Air Force to oversee the construction and remodel of over 1,000 homes at Cannon Air Force base in Clovis, NM. The RCM acts as a third party facilitator between the contractor and the Air Force. The RCM coordinates, inspects, and tracks the work and reports to Air Force Command.

2012-2014 Construction Management Consultant

Commercial and residential construction project manager. Work with clients and architects on determining scope of work and project design. Coordinate materials and scheduling. File all permits and comply with building codes. Ensure quality workmanship, and that project completion is timely and within budget. Projects included a complete renovation of an office building for a large engineering firm.

2010-2012 Project Superintendent / QC, HJD Capital Electric, Inc.

On-site project superintendent for construction of an Infantry Platoon battle course for the US Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. Bliss in Otero County, NM. Project consisted of providing all infrastructure, building 3 miles of roads, 84 remotely controlled targets and five support structures in a remote desert location. Coordinated all aspects of construction, and supervision of quality control and safety for an out of state construction company.

1988-2010 Owner/President, Santa Fe Tectonics, Inc.

Santa Fe Tectonics was an award winning company that specialized in the design and construction of custom homes and light commercial structures. Gross annual income was $1-2M annually. Typical home size ranged from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet with construction costs at $500K to $1.5M.

Responsibilities included:

- Determine design criteria regarding budget, size requirements, lot siting, and style.

- Prepare estimate for construction and negotiate contract.

- Obtain all required permits and schedule inspections.
