•Design, develop and manage various modules of GSM solutions for policy and charging management, call processing and billing, short message processing and service provisioning - using different technologies like Java, EJB, C, C++ and different protocols like SS7 stack and Diameter.

Projects:

•Computaris SS7 Stack – Design and implement the Tcap layer from an SS7 Stack (ITU) implementation to be integrated with OpenCloud platform.

•BSSG Quick Rules - Continuous support the policy and charging solution for data traffic in a medium GSM operator; responsible of following: analyze requirements and clarify the scope, design and specify the solution based on requirements, implement and test the solution, deploy on testbed, support for acceptance testing, deploy in production.

•Localization Gateway - Localization Gateway is a system for providing localization services to GSM operators. Design and implement in C++ programming language the module that communicates with a GSM network entity (HSS), using Diameter communication protocol in order to obtain localization data. Successfully delivered to client.

•Voucher Management for IN Prepaid Platform - Design and implement the Voucher Management system for the IN Prepaid Platform as a J2EE application, EJB3, deployed in Jboss. Voucher Management is responsible for production and life cycle management of vouchers, provides means for vouchers creation, sending to the manufacturer, loading batches of vouchers from export files provided by manufacturer, changing state of existing vouchers. Successfully deployed to telecom operator.

•MMS and IFX Jmeter plugins - Implement different plugins (Java) for the open source Jmeter testing tool to be used in testing a billing platform that communicates over MMS and IFX protocols.

•Application Publisher – Application Publisher is a customer and partner management system, part of a BSS platform. Involved in design, implementation (Java), testing, delivery to client site and acting as Project Manager stand in on request. Successfully deployed to a major telecom operator.

•Authentication and Accounting - Responsible for different changes in an Authentication and Accounting application for client's Application and Development Workbench platform. This authentication and accounting interface is towards the SGSN/GGSN node in the telecom operator network. Implemented in C. Successfully delivered to client.

•Authentication through ZH Interface - Responsible for changes in an Authentication application for client's Application and Development Workbench platform. ZH interface represents the Diameter based authentication interface for this platform. It has the role to retrieve authentication or localisation information from an HLR on behalf of requesting systems. Implemented in C. Successfully delivered to client.
