DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF INTEGRATED LOW COST

COCONUT DEHUSKER AND PROCESSING MACHINE

In this project, design and fabrication of a low cost machine, which can remove and separate the husk from coconut shell is carried out.

In addition, this machine processes the coconut and thereby getting coconut water, coconut meat and coconut shell as by products.

The machine carries out the following functions:

1.Removal and collection of coconut husk.

2.Splitting of coconut shell into two halves and collection of filtered coconut water.

3.Grating and collection of coconut meat.

I have experience in a hardware workshop which deals with lots of machineries including

2.Drilling Machine

3.M S Sheet Punching Machine

I have also gained good experience in operating all the above machines.
