Application Support Specialist 2nd & 3rd Tier:

Providing Tier II and Tier III support for various Microsoft Windows Server based commercial and in-house developed applications including Infor Lawson ERP, SharePoint, Globalscape FTP, Oracle Enterprise Content Management System, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Legal Files and Sungard iWorks.
