Slashed assembly time of the coffee maker 30% by using methods of assembly tree and Rampersad’s Method in DFA analysis.

Redesign the coffee maker for low cost and better performance, project got listed as an Outstanding Project by the professor.

Accomplished (Design for Manufacturing) DFM analysis for typical sheet metal working process.

Accomplished the hydraulic engineering design of impeller and space guide glade.

Conducted the strength check for shaft and bolts, and finished the selection of bearing and motor.
