Director, Hardware Design Engineering (2012-Dec 2014)

Led a global team of 30 engineers (direct and indirect reports) responsible for design and productization of RAID Storage Adapter supporting a $400M product line. Disciplines included Engineering Program Management, Logic Design, CAD/CAM, Simulations, and Mechanical / Thermal Engineering.

Successfully launched the MegaRAID SAS 12G storage portfolio for all major OEMs, securing revenue for the next 5 years.
