Worked at UL Taipei branch from October 2006 as an Appliance Engineer, then from 2009, handled more different product categories, Appliance Controls, Motion/Photo Switches, Timers, Thermostat and Capacitors. Motors etc, also be qualified as Reviewer to review the jobs. Well know the construction, tests and safety requirement of these products. From September 2014, my career path changed to management area, worked as an Engineering Leader in charge of Appliance and Component developing, I was also the Asia Pacific Capacitor, Appliance Controls and Thermistor Team Leader, made strategy and managed development in Asia.

I was also qualified as Data Acceptance Program Auditor, familiar with ISO/IEC 17025. Besides these, I also touched a lots quality assurance work, participated in several Lean Six Sigma green belt projects.
